Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Lena application ("Service") provided by Adigeo Security ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Lena is a personal finance application that allows you to aggregate and track your net worth by connecting your financial accounts through Plaid. The Service provides read-only access to your financial data and does not initiate any transactions on your behalf.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

Financial Data & Third-Party Connections

By using our Service to connect financial accounts:

• You authorize us to access your financial information through Plaid
• You acknowledge that we provide read-only access and cannot move money
• You understand that data accuracy depends on your financial institutions
• You agree to Plaid's terms of service and privacy policy

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harm or defraud others
• Share your account with others or use another person's account

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adigeo Security and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adigeo Security and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time using the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Lena offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Lena Premium: Monthly subscription ($6.99/month after 7-day free trial)
• Free Trial: 7 days free, then automatically converts to paid subscription
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

All payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the Lena app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern with respect to your use of the app obtained through the App Store.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
