Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Lena application ("Service") provided by Adigeo Security ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Lena is a personal finance application that allows you to aggregate and track your net worth by connecting your financial accounts through Plaid. The Service provides read-only access to your financial data and does not initiate any transactions on your behalf.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any information that changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Be at least 18 years of age

Financial Data & Third-Party Connections

By using our Service to connect financial accounts:

You authorize us to access your financial information through Plaid
You acknowledge that we provide read-only access and cannot move money
You understand that data accuracy depends on your financial institutions
You agree to Plaid's terms of service and privacy policy

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
Use the Service to harm or defraud others
Share your account with others or use another person's account

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adigeo Security and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. FINANCIAL DATA DISPLAYED IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADIGEO SECURITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adigeo Security and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time using the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
